I breathed again
Consciously, the
moment
I disengaged my mind
From you
And only then
I realized how much
You had grown in me
So much
That my body my mind
My arms and limbs
Felt heavy and sore
And all I could do
Was sigh and sleep
In that heaviness
Then suddenly
Sadhguru’s voice
emerged
From memory
Fresh in my mind
And conversed with
me
Told me that it was
all in my mind
That my thoughts
I made them ‘I’
Let go, he said
Then you are free
Free then, as the
mind
Only weighs in the fact
That you breathe in
the
Here and Now
Not in the past
Or its memory
Suddenly I was cured
From all that misery
From the thoughts
that
Made me think
I could not do
without you
And ever since, I
have found
My feet, my ground
And I swore
You will never
Take them away.
